Latter Day Saints Primary Basics Bundle - Timeless and Reusable year after year - The for the "no-actual binder" Primary Presidency Binder Bundle

Latter Day Saint Primary Basics Bundle for the minimalist/practical Primary Presidency!

While this is primarily an Activity Days blog, I know a lot of leaders out there wear a lot of hats... and this bundle can hopefully make it easier for all leaders, but especially those multi-taskers to have the practical basics of running a Primary program... without the stuff you don't need!

I know of lot of Primary Presidencies utilize technology - google docs and texting and whatnot for how they operate. In this packet, I tried including everything we ACTUALLY USE outside of the google doc.

I used colors from the Personal Development color scheme so it's still very on theme... but timeless. This packet can be re-used year after year, regardless of what the Come Follow Me topic is that year.

Here is what I came up with for this packet:

1. Room and Chair Signs

We really only use this for the first month or two of the year while everyone is getting used to their new classes. Designed to be cut, laminated and a magnet taped on... so these can easily hang on a metal chair in the primary room and then on the metal door frame of each classroom

BUT if you don't want to go through that effort... where these are only used for a short time, tape and paper would work just fine.

2. Assignment Bracelets

So the only assignment we actually hand out in our ward the week before is TALK. Then we just ask a volunteer for prayer and Article of Faith (or ward does Article of Faith and not scripture). But in case other wards prefer to assign all the things, they are all here.

These are designed to be put taped on a child's wrist so hopefully the assignment makes it home to a parent to can help them with their talk for the next week. We also send a reminder text to the parent on Saturday.

3. Article of Faith Signs

I would laminate these and then each month pull out a different card. We have one child come up to the pulpit and say the Article of Faith before we all sing it together.

4. Happy Birthday Cards

I made 6 different cards so depending on what your ward decides to gift each month (if you do) you can pick which size birthday card works best.

5. Child Development Handout

Whether you have an awesome Activity Days program or not... I think this tool is awesome to help get kids working on their goals! I would give this handout to all senior primary members each January. Bonus if you can laminate it and give a dry-erase marker with it.

That's it! I really couldn't think if anything else we actually use! You can get this bundle here
